A Zoning By-law Amendment, Official Plan Amendment and Plan of Subdivision has been submitted on the subject property to permit a development consisting of 153 residential units, specifically 130 condominium townhouse dwellings and 7 live/work townhouse units on a private common element road, and 16 single-detached dwellings on a public road, common amenity areas, public parkette, and stormwater management block.
