Thank you to everyone who came to the community design workshop on October 29 in Hilton.

Hilton residents, City planners and a landscape architect came together to workshop design solutions for the neighbourhood pocket park. The proposed park will provide public space for residents north of South Street and east of Carrington Street.

The majority of respondents to the online survey and information session (October 8) said they would like the pocket park to provide a space for children to play, so it was great to have local children design and present their ideas for the proposed space on the day.

Local residents who couldn’t attend the workshop are invited to contribute on the online forum available soon on this webpage.
